Founding Partner
Noah Harlan is a Founding Partner of the digital product consultancy Two Bulls with offices in Brooklyn and Melbourne. Noah has served in a variety of leadership positions in the tech community with a focus on open source software and open governance. Noah was President & Director of the AllSeen Alliance where he led the merger of AllSeen and the Open Connectivity Foundation (OCF) and he was Treasurer & Director of EdgeX Foundry through its merger into LF Edge. Two Bulls was a founding member of EdgeX Foundry, having led the development of the IoTX project which merged with Dell's FUSE project to become EdgeX Foundry. Noah has been an advisor to the White House Office of Science & Technology Policy on mobile technology, US Special Operations Command & Central Command's transnational threats division, as well as several Members of Congress on issues related to connected devices and IoT. He currently serves on the Innovation Committee of the Made in NY Media Center and as Vice Chairman of the arts organization UrbanGlass. Noah holds a degree in Computer Science from Williams College.

Noah has been a featured speaker both alone and as a panelist at dozens of events and conferences including a range of Linux Foundation events globally as well as tech conferences like IFA, MWC, and others.
